Lipodomys meriamii parvus
May 23, 1931
A male and a female of the form were secured,
along with thirty jube mice in a line of 100
mice traps set for a dry, south-facing, chaparel-covered slope, 4-1/4 mi N San Bernardino, 1500 ft,
San Bernardino Co., Calif. They were taken
on chalky hard gravel, only sparsely
covered with brush, with a few yucca trees
and there.
