Out of a line of 100 mouse traps set on a south-
looking chaparral covered slope 4 3/4 mi N. San
Bernardino, 1600 ft. San Bernardino Co., Calif., 2
seven individual of this form were secured, and 1,
th tails of two more individuals were found
in traps. Five of the seven individuals secured
were females, and the remaining two, males.
