After dark walked along the beach for a ways, then
hunted up the canyon for an hour. It was much
too bright moonlight (5 moon) and too windy.
Thought I heard a horned owl way off, but not
sure. Today was very calm, the breeze down
the arroyo not starting til dark. Yesterday
this happened too, but also all day the wind
blew up the canyon.

the traps, both lines, immediately. In the 5 rat traps
I had 4 Peromyscus, 2 chewed badly, in the other line
had 2 " . Put up 1, + stuff left from yesterday,
