Banks 1960 Journal 27. Oct. 19-20 San Francisco, Calif., to La Paz, Baja Calif., Mexico - Robert G. Grippen and I left the Bay area, via P5A, at 8:15 p.m., arriving at San Diego just under 2 hours later. Bob called George Lindsay, Director of the San Diego Museum, who boarded us overnight and drove us to the Tijuana airport on the morning of the 20th. It was a beautiful warm sunny day, but later a haze over the Gulf blocked some scenery. We left Tijuana at 10:30 a.m., stopped at Ensenada, Santa Rosalia, & Loreto, arrived La Paz on time it's about 5:10 p.m. Are staying tonight at the
