June 10 Bogard Campground, 5600 ft., Lassen Co. Calif. In the willows in the meadow by the stream here, last night I saw a couple hummingbirds that I thought were these, but I couldn't quite be sure. This morning saw a hummer in the sages pine, sitting in pine.
Both one sitting on a dead willow branch in the meadow.
