Oct.2 Segelke Creek Exp.Stn,6403ft,3mi NW Volant Mills, Nevada Co., Calif.- John Hopkins caught a Junco in a snap trap near the garbage dump. It was in final stage of molt, with outer primaries, coverts and posterior crown in sleath. (503)
Oct.3 John set another Junco (PERB 704) in a trap. It was further along in molt, with only zone near head feathers not grown.
