Banks 1954 Turnus migratorius July 1 Hart's Pass, 6200 ± ft., Okanogan Co., Wash. - Several of these birds in the area - infected. They are very abundant. Found a nest about 12 ft. up (a bird flushed) in a 15± ft. Fir, the tree only a couple feet in diameter including all branches. Could not see in nest. July 3 Saw as many as 5 birds feeding together in small area, with only minor show of antagonism. At camp, saw a & Robin chasing a Steller Jay around and around a small Fir. They made 5 or 6 quick circles - the Robin finally chased the jay to another tree, and then out of the area.
