61. Lichmera incana incana :- (Latham) A.M.N.H.has: Five (5) Poor Specimens. Wants: TEN. (10). Exchange value FAIR. Total Permit No. 15 No.fore/bumea. 3. Remarks ONE RED TICK. 6/3/39 Present in open areas now heard in forest. 27/3/39 seems entirely absent in forest. WAICU 3/5/39 A few about everywhere & larger colonies here & there at wide intervals near coconuts. Feeds much along river margins. upto 30/5/39 As before. Numbers appear to have decreased, except near coconuts, but that is open to doubt.. 13/6/39 As before. Becomes more common on heathland when they are in flower! 17/6/39 Much as usual except fewer numbers & more sly & wary. 19/6/39 Common about flat again, injact extra abundant. 20/6/39 Normal.
