Court, Bloss 1975 Found 1/4 mi. NNE - Stables springs, Joshua Tree National Monument, Riverside Co., California. October 5 is sparsely distributed over the remains of juniper flat. It occupies congeries of narrow "complexes", in a raised milled, 1 to 1/2 ft. high, often topped by an encircle by Culeogyrae. Usually 12 to 20 entrances 4 to 6 x size. Gross such a complexa. When such a complex is located, chances are better than 50/50 that a D. mingo will be cought there. This is similar to the situation in the Kingston Range and the mountains of Mohave Co., Arizona, and differs from "lowland" forms of D. mingo, such as seen in the Owens Valley.
