Cantu, Blair 1974 Journal White Mountain Research Station, Bishop, Inyo Co., California. June 2 walked home, finally retiring at 11:00 AM. June 3 Got up about 8:05 AM and began packing to return to Bishop. I left about 1:00 PM, and arrived in Bishop at 7:30 PM. I saw a magnet roadkill on the Tioga pass road - so try me out at this date. I ordered a drive to go after gathering blackberries at 6000' on the Gloman Grade on the way into town. I then stopped for tomorrow's breakfast, called Styx, then returned to the field station, after eating, I fed the animals (a 2 hour process) and went to bed at 12:00 midnight. June 4. Today I slept late and didn't really get to the lab before 11:00 AM. Then I again went into town to get groceries for the week and gather plant material. I returned about 6:30 PM, made dinner and weighed and fed the animals. The animal room has been about 80-82°F at night - from 4:00 PM till midnight - so I turned up the air conditioner to try to keep the temperature below 75°F. I left the animal room at 11:15 PM and retired. June 5 Today I woke up at 7:30 and checked the animal room, it seems that the new setting
