Cute, Blow 1473 Journal Huntson Valley, Mineral Co., Nev. Oct. 2 We broke camp at 9:15 and left, going over the road we had rebuilt the day before. I would NOT recommend this road without a high-clearance vehicle. On the way out we saw a large and small (mother + offspring?) with humors near the edge of [illegible] The Huntson Salt marsh. We drove to Caladule Junction and thence via RT 3A into Deep Springs Valley, seeing chuckar pardidges in the parrs, as we had seen from earlier by Tonopah City Park. Oct 121 Coyote Hills Regional Park, Alamedo Co., Calif. arrived at 1:30 PM and staged until 4:00 PM. Hazy sun with little breeze. Temperature about 65°F. See map for route of travel [illegible] The marsh west of the trail had been drained, only the pond east of the rd. still
