Cortez, Blair 1973 Journal Sept 27. 10 m.s. Wolf's Hole, Mohave Co, Arizona. 5 Perognathus sp., 2 Onychomys , 2 Peromyscus, and 2 Neotoma lepida. Frequently a D. microps and D. merriami would be caught in traps set at one human system. We put the D. microps into holding cages and left at 11:15. Pipe Spring, 7000', Highland range, Zane Co., Nev. We arrived at 2:30 PM for lunch. After lunch we hiked to Connor, 5 mi, Then made camp for the night. It was windy and about 40 F at night. Sept 28 Left about 10:30 am for the Kawich Range Traveled via RT 25 to Warm Sprs, Thence to Sandia access Rd, South to S. (wash) turnoff, Then to Green Ranch, still lots of water in Meadow above Green Ranch. We arrived late (5:00 PM) because we got stuck in the soft shoulder of Hwy 25 near Crystal Sprs. Set out only 4 live and 6 gopher traps. Not many mouse holes, but gopher workings chumout. Green Creek, 7000 ft., Kawich Range, Nye Co., Nev. Sept 29. This morning we caught 2 Pocket
