Wings beating on leaves - Bee bothered 10:40 - To same pinetree as before, same twig. Surveying territory and observers. 10:41 - Chasing another hummer, "Tzee!" in flight Back to perch #2 Other birds seem ok. in his territory 10:49 - Feeding on columbine 10:51 - Perch #1 again, facing south 10:52 - Chasing hummer about 100 ft. away 10:52½ - Perch #2, facing west. - Chasing hummer - Return to perch #2 - Flashing bright copper band on throat, with scarcely any body movements.
