Cervus nannodes
Dec. 21 (cont'd) seem to be existing, at least in
a major way, more or less naturally
even though inside a fence. The preserve
is large enough (about 2 sq. mi. according
to Auto Club of So. Calif. map of Kern Co.) to make
their chance of survival here seem
likely for some time provided no
reduction in fertility occurs.
