Bucephala clangula 1
Nov. 25 - Just N base of St Isabel, SC part of Richmond, Contra Costa Co., Calif. - 3 birds in ? plumage (of this sp. or B. islandica) were diving in active fashion & in rapid succession in the small part of tide flat area between big dike and the highway.
