Mother Lode Trip onto Hwy #50 to Sacramento. woodland with a greenish manganita. 225.0 brush patches - mixes single and small groups of panderosa and mow sabiniana. pure brush, including a mixture with chamise! - manganita afew parkland areas - rather mature, surrounded by this strange short woodland - mainly two oaks. Rolling foot hills- more woodland and less brush. 227.8 "classical" parkland. tub of grass, afew P. sabiniana. - woodlands 1/2 live oaks; 1/2 deciduous oaks. 229. brush and woodland to the south; parkland to the north - for a long warp. 230 1,000' a deeply rolling parkland - a long hill to the north of woodland. 231. extensive grassland & rolling hills woodland to the north; to the south all grass and rocky fields of grass 232.9 Sacramento County line 234.3 off the last hill and down to more undulating plain in the valley - all grassland.
