Yellow-billed Magpies
no brush here except ant side of the few
at side of the road.
a Woodland with afew P. saliniiana here.
657 Oak - P. sabiniana, mangarita mosaic
in all combinations - hut areas where
the marganita is invading the grass under
the younger oaks.
All of the oaks in this region are of a
deciduous species & many are large
size.

Early this afternoon there were cumulus
cloade N of Mt. Burney ; now there are
large thunderheads in that region.
I have been confused concerning
the peaks here. There are two in the east
which rise above the horizon and are
covered with snow. Apparently the 3 one is
[illegible].
