Chattin, J. 1940 Itinerary Old Fort Clatsop, 100 ft., Clatsop Co., Oregon Aug 25 (contd.) last night. Aug. 26. a.m. Traps were inspected and reset. Patch consisted of 1 Sorex trowbridgii, 1 Peromyscus and 1 Scapanus caught in mouse trap in Xerophyllum. 1 Eutamias was shot. 2 Rana were caught along stream bank in meadow while inspecting trap line. p.m. Trap line in riverbottom was picked up. Aug 27. a.m. Trap line in meadow & Carex was picked up and 2 Neurotrichus were taken. In p.m. broke camp to leave for Berkeley.
