A family i town wants to sell a baby deer alive for $20.00. I told them I'd buy the head & hide for $1.00. No, I may get it get that. They sell alive, wait till they grow up, then eat them. Was wide tracked by some wild music (live) from a house a few city. Since i do not consider poor manners to stop in a doorway & stare, I did just that. (Along with about 20 other people.) Drums, accordion, & scratchy instrument. And could they sing. All very dark skinned. The fets #530-536 the kids brought in from the coconut-palms. #547 was by the river. More Indians spent the night.
