Ck is dry.

(1) drove down to Rte 175 N of Hoburg
where Cold Ck crosses rd. In 1961 got
8 aurora there. Saw (or scared?)
~ 8 catesbeiana . Are sev. tads there too.
So much for aurora
(2) went back to 20 -> Rte 5 to
area N of Redding - stopped at Mt.
Shasta City

(1) Castle Lake - people UCDavis
herpetology stat say are none
(trout eat). Try Meadow Lake
(or Little Castle Lake) - 1/2 mi
hike up) - dried up. Suspect
may be Hyla in there
