but he stopped until I turned & left.
Caught 7 indiv., saw 3 more. Am sure there are
many more animals in that area.

August
started collecting b/t 8:30 - 9:00 am. Some areas w/
little sun. Mostly juveniles out.
I caught on rather muddy, shallow grassy
area of bank.
Several others caught in pools beside ck in
mdws which had not dried out.
As returned to car (~ 10 am) areas w/ more sun
had adults out. One was on "overhang"
not very wary - able to
capture easily.
