R5W . sector 32 From here drove up Mt. Veeder Rd but turned and since sq. trailer truck was ahead of us. Stopped on way down to see what Montgomery Creek was like. Started deer away, but creek is fairly dry. Very little H2O which may have come to recent rains. Then returned to Redwood Creek Rd. Redwood Creek, Redwood Creek Rd, Napa Co., Calif elev 300 Stopped 3 mi. from junction of Redwood & Dry Cr Rds. Walked ~ .3-.5 mi. downstream. saw 4 small indiv. (see sq acct's), but no large ones. Stream much clearer than yesterday. Went short way up Mt. Veeder Rd. to see what the creek in Picke Canyon was like. Appears good in several areas, actho a lot of it is also granted.
