This road is being diverted to make way for a reservoir which will be in use in 1985 if all goes well. 0.6 km W. of the intersection of C-440 with the road to FACINAS, we collected SACRAMANDRA SACRAMANDRA (JU 23, ♀, 115+59, 42g) and 4.2 km W we found yet another (JU24, ♂, 119+70, 42.5g) alive on the road. 15.9 km N. of the Facinas road - C440 intersection is CA212 which runs NW to Benalup de Sidonia.
