3.7 km S. DAR CHAOUI, shot from
E. wall of a culvert, we got one
(SDB 1839) LACERTA LEPIDA, ♂, 75g, 136+310C
and at 4.0 km S. DAR CHAOUI I found
a juvenile (SDB 1840) L. lepida, 2.4g,
48+30B, under a large piece of cardboard
in one area of Eucalyptus leaves. 2.9

3.6g, 149+19) which was sort of orange

5.8 km S. DAR CHAOUI, in a
Eucalyptus forest, we collected two
Macropododon cucullatus:
SDB 1861 4.8g, 182+35
1862 6.1g, 223+38,
both of which had Psammophis algirus
in their stomachs. The large, SDB 1862,
one had only the tail of P. algirus
but 1861 contained the entire lizard.
Two BLANUS CINEREUS:
SDB 1859 2.9g 151+17 ♂
1860 3.9g 175+21 ♂
were also found beneath rocks in the
