D. Busack 1982 -47- 17 MAY - 23 MAY SPAIN: CÁDIZ PROV.; TARIFA, Camping Torre de la Peña. Rest + relaxation, doing laundry, drinking Soria, eating non-canned food, having ice cream again. Recovered fully from Fever, making preparations to return to Morocco to complete the project. 24 MAY MOROCCO: CHECHAOUEN, Municipal Campground. We took the 1 pm ferry to CEUTA after shopping at the HIPERMERCADO (a large supermarket) for last minute food needs. Canned food is expensive and difficult to find in Morocco. The ferry ride was smooth and customs took less than an hour; one often wonders how Morocco does anything -- customs is simply a line through which cars fight for priority. I hate it -- at least all European countries have some organization at their borders. After customs, we reset our watches (Morocco is on Greenwich Mean Time, 2 hrs. behind Spain) and proceeded to Tetouan and to Chechaouen. The campground is full of ragamuffin types travelling in beat up vehicles. It seems this area is high on the list for those interested in drugs. We continue to be hassled
