13.9 km E, 240m, 1635h, a Podacis
hispanica was collected but killed by the
rubber bow! and was too old by the time
we got back to camp so it was discarded.
It weighed 2.8g, was 50 SVL and 87 Tail
C., ?, and contained 4 yolled follicles,
2L, 2R.
14.0 km E, 220m, 1640h, another P.
hispanica (912, ?, 31.6° Tb, 20° TA, 4.1g,
51 SVL and 104 Tail R; H,L,S,I).
15.3 km E, 210m, 1700h, another P.
hispanica found under a rock (?, 19°Tb,
19°TA, 1.8g, 42 SVL + 59 Tail R; H,L,S,I
[503 913]) whereas all others on culvert
or bridge.
15.9 km E, 220m, 1725h, a Natrix
massara (910, ?, 17°Tb, 15.5°TA, under rock,
43.5g, 425 SVL + 104 Tail)
16.1 km E, 220m, 1750h, a P. hispanica
(914, ?, Tb = 20.4, TA = 20, 2.8g, 46 SVL + 90 Tail
R; H,L,S,I) also under a rock.
18.8 km E, 240m, 1930h, a large
Mauremys leprosa collected in a small pond
by cork oak (Q. suber). The pond temperature
was 17°C and the specimen (909, ?, 560g.
CARAPACE x 160, PL = 142; H,L,S,I) was resting in
the water when Triturus marmoratus were
also seen.
