the aqueduct, 40 parallel to it and 20 perpendicular
running west up into the rocky crests scrub.
31 March
checked and collected the traps all morning. I had
hoped to stay another day or so, but the wind
is blowing fiercely (now 40 mph; sporadically) and
the sky portends more foul weather. Trap success last
night was very low.

2:30pm because of the weather, I've packed up in
preparation for driving south. With such poor trap
success I see no point in staying here. And the
wind continues to blow.
