P. Brylski 1982 Journal Vicinity Coso Jct, Inyo Co., Calif 30 March the aqueduct, 40 parallel to it and 20 perpendicular running west up into the rocky crests scrub. 31 March checked and collected the traps all morning. I had hoped to stay another day or so, but the wind is blowing fiercely (now 40 mph; sporadically) and the sky portends more foul weather. Trap success last night was very low. 1.5 mi E, 2mi N Coso Jct: P. longimembris 8 Orychomya 1 P. moniculatus 1 D. merriami & 7 (5 kept) & 3 20/120 0.5 mi W. With such poor trap success I see no point in staying here. And the wind continues to blow.
