Ducks. There is plenty water but
ducks are scarce.
Diag Ducks have been the most common
duck during this period. Saw 1 & -9
almost every day. Saw no evidence
of pairing (1 collected)
Green-winged Teal - several seen the
first few days - none since.
Baldpate one male collected, one
other male seen.
Cinnamon teal - one collected, no
others seen.
Mallard. One drake seen this
morning in small pool with one
diag duck.
A few other unidentified ducks
were seen early on March 2 - appeared
to be Green-winged Teal.
