Apr 13 continued Sparrow black throated - 3 " Lincoln - 10 Chipping sparrow - 50 Drewer " - 10 - not nearly so abundant as in the spring of 1963 & 1964 White-crowned sparrow - 8 junco - pink sided - 1 " - red backed - 3 Pine Siskin - 30 Meadowlark - 8- song indicated "Eastern" and "western" Mammals - Coyote - 2 Citellus (spinosis?) - 1 Peromyscus maniculatus: [illegible] Common around camp. 4 traps yielded 3 last night. Neotoma - caught on new camp last night Saginodon - saw one in grass among mosquitoes.
