natives said they had not seen this

cotton tail - none to date
jackrabbit - 1
coyote - heard and many tracks seen
Raccoon - tracks on all the trails near
the lake
Rock Squirrel - 2
Pocket gopher - sign abundant.
woodrat - frequent sign among mesquite
at cholla
Gray fox - natives, after looking at
pictures, said this species common here
Ring tailed cat - after look at
pictures natives said it is common.
feral house cats - 2
Skunk - several (Striped) dead along the
roads - tracks common along the trails.
