Journal Boell 1964 Ojosaguna, Chilamate, Mex. 5200 ft. el Summary Apr 21-May 20-Continued Killdeer always present in suitable marsh areas, now apparently nesting; probably 6 pairs within a mile of camp. Wilson snipe, common in marshy area, remained at least until May 10 when one was collected. Long billed Curlew, group of 7 ten miles w. of El Suero on Apr 24. Spotted Sandpiper, one here on May 10; one at Flores Mayor on Apr 24. Solitary Sandpiper, one collected Apr 26. Lesser yellowlegs, one collected May 3. Least Sandpipers singles and small groups seen about a small pool for a few days bying May 3. Western Sandpiper - same as for Least. Dowitcher, long billed, one (collected) May 14. Wilson phalarope 4-9 seen on small pool May 3-6. Gone or May 7. White winged dove; only two individuals seen. Mourning dove common to abundant migratory flocks left shortly before May 4. Many pairs we now seen in counter flight ad the cooing is heard daily.
