32 Journal Borell 1964 Ojosajuna, 5200ft Chihuahua, Mexico May 15 warm day, light wind, cloudy in am. 60° at 6:30am Trips the march in evening. most of this day around camp. Birds of note - white throated Sparrow ♂ collected this is the second one seen. Black-headed grosbeak - none Blue grosbeak - none western Tanager 3 ♂ Barn Swallow -10 Cliff Swallow - 30 Rough-winged Swallow - 30 Purple Martin -2 Wilson warbler - 2 ( going down) Warbling Vireo - 8 Cinnamon Teal ♂ ♀ Dray duck 1 pair one extra ♂ Killdeer 2 jr. disturbed by my pruner P.W. Blackbird 2 singing male. Lincoln Sparrow ! Tanager Summer - (collected) Scaled quail, a pair came to drink at our pool. The both drank repeatedly. These are the first quail to come to our Pool at camp.
