29 Borell 1963 Ojosajuna, Chihuahua, 5200ft. Mex. May 14 84° F at 7 P.M. Cloudy windy night. Cloudy, hazy and reasonably calm day 60° F at 6:30 a.m. Birds were active this morning, much singing, bathing ad courting an two. Courting especially pronounced by Orchard Oriole, must be year peak of courting. Birds around the waterhole ad feed on a warbling Vireo - 5, more than seen before (1 collected) Virginia warbler - 2 Orange Cr. warbler!, collected but not saved. Audobon warbler - 1 F Wilson warbler - 3 F, 1 B yellowthroat 1 F Yellow warbler 1 F 2 F Mac Gillway warbler 1 F western tanager 2 F Black headed Grosbeak - none Blue Grosbeak 1 im M, 3 ad B, 1 F Sazuli Buntie & collected - Sen Indigo Buntings - 1 F Less Redstart 1 im M moldwing bird 2 M singing
