Cloudy windy night. Cloudy, hazy and
reasonably calm day 60° F at 6:30 a.m.
Birds were active this morning,
much singing, bathing ad courting
an two. Courting especially pronounced
by Orchard Oriole, must be year peak of courting.
Birds around the waterhole ad
feed on a
warbling Vireo - 5, more than seen
before (1 collected)
Virginia warbler - 2
Orange Cr. warbler!, collected but not
saved.
