Vermillion flycatcher - 15 one female
working on a nearly completed nest
30 feet from the ground in a large
cottonwood.
Say Phoebe - 3
Western Flycatcher - 2, one collected
Raven? - 6
House wren - 2
Mockingbird - 1
Hermits Thrush - 1
Shrike - 3
Solitary Vireo - 4, one collected
Audubon warbler - 3
Wilson's warbler (isolated) very
abundant; 5 to 10 in each
cottonwood. They feed from
the ground to the top of the
tallest trees but mostly in the
mid section
