Green-tailed Towhee widespread saw 25-30 Thrush (Crissal?) - 2 Owl (leggy) Grackle - 7? went to Chihuahua in 8 p.m. Apr 4 Returned from Chihuahua at 2 p.m. Trip around the ponds Dowitcher - 4 in non-breeding plumage Kingbird (Cassin?) - 2 first big subspecies Apr 5 - Trip around the ponds ad to the Big Playa Lake. Dreg Ducks - 6 Green-winged Teal - 4 Mallard F - 1 Snow Goose - Three flocks of about 60,30 & 30 flying north (high) between 10 and 11 a.m. more stopped at the Playa Lake. Least Sandpiper - 10, Snowy Plover - 1 The Big Playa Lake is now almost dry. It is now an extensive wet mud flat with water
