FIELD NOTES Doug BELL DATE: 28 April 1986 LOCATION: Alcatraz I., S.F. (o), (AH) WEATHER: Sunny, clear TIME: 9:00 - 13:30 With Ray Pierotti. Building wood blind on spot below cellhouse. Good view of Western and Industry Building Roof. Not able to watch gulls closely, but some courtship is taking place (choking, feeding?). Finished blind by about 11:30. Had lunch, then went around island checking nests. Found couple more eggs on Western (one nest of 3 eggs), one egg on I.B. No eegs in perimeter, parade grounds.
