Six horned larks received at MVZ
March 19th in flesh. Collected by A.E.
Borell on March 16, 1937, 1 mi. S of Santa
Fe, New Mexico, 6900 ft. They were in pairs
and seemed to be nesting. When
prepared the gonads of the males were
enlarged O but the ovaries were
still quite small
