Behle 1935 Berkeley, Alameda Co., Calif. Feb. 16, under L.M. Boyers he saw 7 Horned Larks about 100 yards from the station feeding along the tracks in the open spots between the patches of snow. Two were shot out of the flock between 5:15 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. The flock would flush and circle around and land a hundred feet away. Altitude 5850 feet. These are definitely not O.A. sierra reported from there by Oberholser. Probably O.A. lamprochoma possibly O.A. actia. Feb. 19, 1934 acc 4591 The following birds sent in by L.M.
