Behle 1934 8 mi W. Lakeview, Lake co., Oregon. Aug. 21 ♀ 531 O. a. merrilli Remiges molting same as No. 530 ♀ 532 O. a. merrilli Primary 9 old, 8 a bud, rest new. Secondary 1 & 2 new, 3 ½ grown, 4 old, 5 a bud, Cold, 7,8,9 new. This is for the right wing. The left is normal in that the 5th is old. ♀ 533 O. a - merrilli Primary 9, 8 old, 7 pushing out of sheath, rest new. Secondaries 1 new, 2 sheathed, 3,4,5,6 old. 7 ensheathed, 8 & 9 new. Klamath Pass, Siskiyou Co. Calif. The following two birds taken at Klamath Pass about one mile south of the Calif. - Oregon Border, Siskiyou Co, California.
