Primaries : 9 old; 8 1/3 grown; rest new Secondaries : 1,2,3 new; 4 half grown, 5+6 old, 7,8 new, 9, gone. Greater covert no 7 looks part growing. Alula old. Rest of plumage new but a few feathers old on neck sides. ♂ 469 Ototris alpestria actia 28.0g. Similar to above, primary 9 old, 8 1/3 grown, rest new: Secondaries 1,2,3, new. 4 still unfeathered, 5,6 old, 7,8,9 new. Alula old, coverts new. Tail: outer pair still in papilla sheath; rest gradual to new + complete center pair - all rest of the plumage new except trace on neck. ♀ 470 Ototris alpestria actia 27.3g. Primary 9 just starting, 8 3/4 grown, rest new + complete. Secondaries 1,2,3, new, 4 half grown, 5+6 old, 7,8 is new, 8+9 old or already worn. Tail all new + entire except possibly the outer pair. Alula old - rest plumage new. Ovary small regular + uncolored + all same size as if bird of year.
