The outer left covert is but a pupillae but on the opposite side the one corresponding is pushing out of the sheath. Unequal growth manifest here as in some of the members of the rectrical pair. Seem to be 6 pairs of under tail cover, the center ones its most grown & grading on down. ... Arranged so. all coverts on wing new except those corresponding to old remiges. alula old. Some 1 minor lesser covert still in sheath. Scapulars & tertaries new. Rump growing. Most ? back feathers new. Abdomen half & half. Flanks new. Breast new. Neck all old - Head & chin coming in new.
