Skull presses in. Probably ♀ of the
year almost completely molted. 9th
primary half grown, rest new + full
grown I nos 6, 5+4 rather widely buff-
tipped . Can birds of the year be separated
on this character? Rest of feathers all
new. Few yellow sheathed feathers still
on chin. Outer pair of tail feathers not
full grown.

Primary No. 9 old. 8 starting, rest new.
Secondaries 1, 2, 3 new. 4 still in sheath,
5+6 old, 7, 8, 9 new. all coverts + alula
new. Inner 4 pairs rectrices new,
5th pair 3/4 grown, 6th pair in sheath.
Body + head feathers new except possibly
some on lower abdomen and sides of
neck.
