Rest of feathers all new. Few yellow sheathed feathers still on chin. Outer pair of tail feathers not full grown. - 453 Otoris alpestris actia 26.9g. Primary No. 9 old. 8 starting, rest new. Secondaries 1, 2, 3 new. 4 still in sheath, 5+6 old, 7, 8, 9 new. all coverts + alula new. Inner 4 pairs rectrices new, 5th pair 3/4 grown, 6th pair in sheath. Body + head feathers new except possibly some on lower abdomen and sides of neck.
