At Tomlinsons we observed
the first redwoods.
One Bad. Thomomys bottae
was taken this afternoon in
same general location as the
previous mentioned pocket. One
9 ad micotus californicus taken
shortly after trap was set.
June 13-
50 traps (40 mmx and 10 rat) set
down to save all in dense timber
but this morning 1 in B P m. subidas
from base of dead stump.
20 mouse traps set in senpus
clumps in marsh sedgeage in
grain first: ① ad B P m. subidas
from open place between clumps of
grass ② ad B Micotus californicus
from runway; ③ ad 9 micotus calif-
omnicus from runway.
The P.m. subidas taken this
morning was in the same
cump or patch of serpus that
the four vagrans was taken
in yesterday but no merotus
came fber this patch nor
