Behle 1933. Horse Mt. 4700-5000 ft. Humboldt Co., Calif. June 6- from on top of wood rat nest built on rock among Huckleberry Oak; and 1 ♂ Pm subidus beside log in moist damp situation. Both were taken at about 4600 ft. Twenty three mouse traps set in cumps of scirpus in two swampy areas in the open country below camp. but one ♂ micrurus oregoni and one ♂ immature micrurus oregon and one ♀ Soex vagrans . Several other traps were sprung and fresh Turds noted on some of these. I took the barometer down and the altitude reading was 4105 ft.
