Single or near pipeline between Bar line + Beach Ridge. 22 june Barrow->Wainwright, Alaska A handful of owls seen on the flight to Wainwright. 4 seen while setting out the trap. Wainwright, Alaska 26 june 6 owls seen from vicinity of site. Also a deal & in a track barrel by one of the Buts. Younger men at the station shoot the birds for amusement. Seems to be a number of owls around - but found no nests - saw no courtship display.
