Sullivan, J. 1961 Arenaria interpres ruddy turnstone June 10 Barrow, Alaska. Saw 1 ruddy Turnstone w/ Holmer in central marsh. Bird flew overhead, landed, and proceeded to feed. June 18 1840 Voth Area near trapline III B. A ruddy turnstone flew by about 4 ft above the ground. It landed about 100 yards away (toward the beach road). June 19 0900 - 1 interpres present near traplines in Voth Area. Voice - kwk. 1830 - The turnstone was found in snaptrap 1.2 III A. June 20 Another turnstone seen in the vicinity of the snap traps. June 24 Holmer and I saw 3 interpres in the area between Ukpik and Wohlchlag's Lough.
