Day: clear and sunny, fairly warm. To Voth Area with point sampling apparatus this afternoon. 3 quadrates (2.2 x 2.2 meter) here. Took a sample inside + outside the first. Also worked on marking pins to facilitate use in the field. A mark, every 1/2 cm.
