OK 60 St Onge Quid NE of Whitewood (Old 62500 St Onge sheet SW1/4, sec.33, T.7 N., R.4E, Lawrence Co., SO. The Lokote silt has been guverried along rd. Sections from silt to Fell River contact (see topog sheet) Section A - begins in pasture gulley S of rd within the siltstone. Gully bottom - measuring up (60 dip taken used) N - may be too much 5.4-? Siltstone, massive, gray locally with faint yellowish, purple & pink tints. Weatherous grayish white. Has cap of sandy siltst. 0.1+ with interference ripples. Locally thickens in small roll which may either be structural or strat. 5.4 ft measurement in this roll. 3,0+ Siltstone, purplish gray, massive, with some thin interbeds of platy siltstone in lower 2.0. Has clazy siltst & silty clsth in upper part which grades up into silty clsth. Weather light gray, local yellow stain in upper part. 4.0+ Claystone, chiefly gray, finely silty, grades to unit beneath it 17
