Partially wash covered. Upper 6 to 7 ft is
siltstn, becoming clayey at base, light gray with
rootlets in upper 0.6, and local heavy yellow ochrous
Fe, impreg. Most of upper 6-7 ft is spherulitic.
Below is silty variegated claystone, gray to
light greenish gray mottled with red some yellow
in upper
1/2 and purplish gray in lower 1/2, basal 2.0 is
grey
light clayey silt grading to sandy siltst. below it.

Siltstone, gray, weathers gray-white,
massive, interbedded with dark
gray to black silty shale.
