Note: Above ss, Claystone interfuzl along road but within 100 feet sink canyon becomes almost entirely massive sandstone which appears to replace most of underlying ss unit as well. (See sketch above) continuing in roadcut 1.0 Shale, gray, silty, plant frags 0.6 Sandstone, massive, mod to fine gr, includes shale chips, weather brown, loc. Festained. 16.0± Shale, gray, silty, with upper half+ weathering reddish-gray mottled, plant frags throught. 57
